● 2003 Acquired PTC heater CQC certificate

● 2008 Passed Shanghai SHARP's audit, and started to produce PTC heater for air conditioner

● 2009 Acquired UL certificate of PTC element

● 2010 Acquired UL certificate of PTC heater

● 2011 Founded Shanghai XINPA Thermistor Ceramics Co., Ltd.

● 2014 Mass production of PTC heater for electric vehicle

● 2016 Acquired ISO14001, IATF16949, ISO45001 certificate

● 2017 Be honored as "National High-tech Enterprise"
